The snow started last night around 8. When I opened the back door to take pictures of the first flakes falling you immediately heard squeals of delight throughout the neighborhood. Now, remember this is around 8:30 at night and most little children should be well into their bedtime routine. Not our neighborhood, not tonight. It was snowing! This was probably the first time these little ones had even seen the white stuff, it was magic. So, as my little one lay sleeping, God's hand was gently creating this amazing scene.
As soon as he awoke this morning I asked him if he wanted to see the snow. With an enthusiastic "Yeah!" he jumps out of bed. When he looks out the backdoor, his word, "WOW!" Mine too son, mine too. We eat breakfast and of course had to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse first, then headed out.
His first encounter of the snow.
We made a snow man and MawMaw helped.
This was our sport theme snowman. Tennis ball buttons, plastic golf ball nose and one of Daddy's old golf hats.
Here is Daddy making snowballs for Davis to throw at Momma.
Our happy family with our new found friend.
What a wonderful day we had. My question to you is, "Who had more fun, Momma or Davis?"
